Summer Sensations Wine Dinner

The long wait is over and summer is nearly here!  Shake off the spring rain at our Summer Sensations Wine Dinner on Wednesday, June 16th.  Enjoy a five-course menu with optional wine pairings showcasing local and seasonal produce and great summer sips.

Mystery Chef Kitchen Tour

Mark your calendars for Sunday, June 27th when eight of Vancouver's top Chefs (we're sworn to secrecy!) take over PICA's eight professional kitchens to host the ultimate kitchen party.  Tour from kitchen to kitchen where you can taste each Chefs creation and sip on specially paired wines.  All proceeds go towards the 2010 Canadian Chefs' Congress hosted on Vancouver Island this Fall, where 500 Chefs, students and apprentices will convene to discuss the future health of our oceans.
